1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BazaarDiary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Not Financial Advice (SEBI Disclaimer)

BazaarDiary is a software journaling and analytics tool, not an advisory service.

We are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Advisor or Research Analyst. The AI Coach, analytics, edge finders, and performance metrics generated by our platform are strictly for self-reflection and educational purposes based on your own historical data. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. User Accounts & Broker Integrations

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
  • When integrating your broker (e.g., Zerodha, Upstox), you agree to only provide Read-Only API keys. You are strictly prohibited from providing API keys with trading or withdrawal permissions.
  • BazaarDiary is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred in the financial markets while using, or as a result of using, our software.

4. Pro Subscriptions

Certain features (such as AI Coaching and Advanced Charting) are gated behind the BazaarDiary Pro subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with the plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or exploit the platform's security mechanisms.
  • Engage in automated scraping or bulk extraction of data from our endpoints.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
