Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your BazaarDiary Pro subscription at any time directly through your Account Settings page. When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.

This means you will retain full access to all Pro features until your expiry date, and you will not be charged on the next renewal date.

2. Refund Policy

Subscriptions: All subscription charges are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused time.

Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion in cases of severe technical errors resulting in double-billing or gross service unavailability.

3. Disputed Charges

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team immediately. We request that you contact us to resolve the issue before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account.

4. Free Tier & Trials

We provide a robust "Free Forever" tier explicitly so users can thoroughly evaluate the core capabilities of BazaarDiary before committing to a paid Pro plan. We encourage all users to utilize this free tier to ensure the product meets their expectations prior to upgrading.
